The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead has launched a new Community and Safety Partnership website. The partnership which includes; Thames Valley Police, Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service, Thames Valley Probation Service, Berkshire East Primary Care Trust, Drug and Alcohol Action Team and the Youth Offending Team is committed to reducing crime in our communities. The website gives advice about how to stay safe, where to get help about sustance misuse and how to report crime and anti-social behaviour. We have now completed our asbestos survey to find out which of our property types were built using asbestos. We have put together a register which is available to our residents to view to see whether their home may have been built using asbestos. To access the register residents will need to obtain a password and log-in details from our Customer Contact Centre on 0800 876 6060 prior to visiting the website at www.solarasbestos.com.
