When you report a repair to our Customer Contact Centre you will agree an appointment time which is convenient for you, when the repair can be carried out. These are the appointment times we offer for repairs to be carried out:

• Monday - Friday ;
• A.M. – 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.;
• P.M. – 12.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.;
• School Run – 10 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.;
• All day – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For certain repairs and gas servicing we offer appointments for evenings.
