The Neighbourhood Management Team is there to help residents with anti-social behaviour problems, nuisance complaints, mutual exchanges and any estate improvements that are carried out. We have our own dedicated Anti-social Behaviour Officer and three Area Housing Officers who each have their own areas. We also have a team of estate wardens who are responsible for keeping our estates and communal areas clean and tidy. To find out who is your Area Housing Officer click on the link below. Or contact us on 0800 876 6060.
We have launched a new Neighbours and Neighbourhoods website which lists all the ways in which residents can get involved as well as informing them about community activities in their area. Click here to go directly to the Neighbours and Neighbourhoods website.

We have taken a tough stance on tenants who cause anti social behaviour, and we are keen to make it clear that we will evict tenants where appropriate for anti-social behaviour.
Our leaflet offers more information and advice on what our residents can do to tackle Anti-social Behaviour. But if residents are having difficulty they can contact us on 0800 876 6060, or send and email to contact@MDHA.co.uk or click on the PDF below to see our leaflet.
