Being a Leaseholder and your Lease Agreement Minimize

You will have bought the lease and will be a tenant with a long lease.

Your lease is a legally binding document between you and Maidenhead and District Housing Association.

The lease will detail:

The price you paid for the property

Your duties and responsibilities as a 'leaseholder'

Our duties and responsibilities as a 'freeholder'

Service Charges

Service Charges - Paying your service charges

Service charge invoices are sent out twice a year in April and October.  It is your responsibility to pay the service charges that apply to your property.
