We offer two types of assured tenancy with affordable housing.
Tenants who had a tenancy with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead prior to stock transfer in 1995 have a Tenancy Agreement for Transferring Tenants.
Tenants who joined the Association after transfer have an Assured Tenancy Agreement for Relets.
