Shared Ownership is designed for first time buyers who cannot afford to buy a property outright on the open market. Every local authority and housing association has different rules and regulations as to who is eligible, so to find out more about a shared ownership property with us please call 0800 876 6060 or click here to send an email.
You will need to register your details with your local authority or the local zone agent for shared ownership in your area. In Berkshire and Buckinghamshire this is Catalyst Housing, for more information their website is www.chg.org.uk or call 0845 6017729. To register your details for shared ownership properties in Kent, Essex, Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire log onto www.homebuy.co.uk. Once they have approved your application your details will be passed onto housing associations when they have shared ownership properties available within your local area.
To qualify for some shared ownership properties you have to be a key worker. Please contact us on 0800 876 6060 to check if you are eligible for a key worker property.
