Jill Caress has been appointed Business Development Director of the Maidenhead based Housing Solutions Group. 

She joins the group from Parkside Housing where she was Development Director for more than five years. Prior to that Jill was Development Director for Aldwyck Housing Association in Hertfordshire.

Jill will be responsible for the Group’s development programme and new business. This includes Project Care, a £56 million reprovisioning programme for care homes and accommodation for elderly people and people with learning disabilities in Buckinghamshire which will be undertaken by Housing Solutions over the next five years.
