New Homes

The size and scope of our development programme continues to grow and our properties are now spread across five counties. The Group works in partnership with private developers, local authorities, NHS Trusts and care organisations to build developments designed to meet our customers needs and create sustainable communities.

Last year we completed 115 new homes including properties for rent, shared ownership and retirement flats for people aged over 55.

We also completed two new residential care homes and started work on another two. These are being built as part of Project Care – which is set to transform residential accommodation for older people and people with learning disabilities in Buckinghamshire.
