The Housing Solutions Group is a not for profit organisation dedicated to providing affordable and supported homes.
We have a housing stock of more than 4,200 properties in the south east of England. We offer affordable homes to rent, shared ownership schemes, market renting, homes for the elderly and specialist accommodation for people who need support and care to live within the community.
We also provide homes for key workers such as teachers and firemen. All our homes are backed up by a range of housing services, including our own professional team of trade staff who provide a comprehensive repair and maintenance service.
Our Maintenance Team have done it again. They have been awarded the National Housing Maintenance Forum's (NHMF) Best Practice Award for Innovation. This is the second year running they have won a prestigious award.
